New Pictures

Uncle Jeremy was in town so we took advantage of his photography skills again to get some pics of the kids- especially as the girls are approaching their first birthday (can you believe it)!

It's hard to pick a favorite (except for the one of Elisabeth picking her nose, of course).
As you can see in the picture with Jeremy, Natalie was very unhappy. After that picture was over she crawled over to me- crawled for the first time! She has never made it very far before but she came all the way this time. I guess she finally had motivation enough!

Lots to update

We have had a lot of snow this year (as has most of the country). That has been a lot of fun for Alex to get out in, but I am so ready for spring.
Here are some pictures from one of the bigger snows this year. This one we decided to get the girls out in for a little bit.

Alex was off last week for winter break so we took a trip to the Chattanooga aquarium with my parents. The girls had a lot of fun. They just love being out so much! (I know they get tired of being stuck at home and so do I). They sat at the end of their stroller seats and were so happy the whole time.

How cute is this picture of Anna?!

I had a wonderful birthday as it was beautiful weather and we got out to Chattanooga to walk around and have dinner with my family.

Alex's boy scouts had a pinewood derby race. Alex won 3rd place in speed and 2nd place in show. Chris had someone at his work do all kind of tricks to make it faster, but Alex had chosen a limousine as the car he wanted so probably wasn't the fastest choice :) He had a red limousine- and on the side he had written Luv Kim Alex- isn't that cute!?!

Here is some video of our little crawler Elisabeth and Natalie trying to say "book" but it sounds like "duck" So cute!!

The kids are really taking over now!!!

We have rearranged our living/dining room to make a fenced in area for the girls to crawl and play in when I have to cook, go to the bathroom, etc.. They seem to enjoy it so far! We'll see how well it holds up once they are walking around. They are almost too big for their exersaucers now so we'll be moving those out of the way soon...

Olive Garden- our first trip to a restaurant where the girls sat in high chairs.
Cousin Aubrey went with us, too (and my mom and sister). They all did such a great job!

Natalie and Elisabeth are both getting the hang of their sippy cups!

What a silly girl! (Elisabeth) Look at those teeth!

Cousin Aubrey came for a visit. She is 3 weeks younger than the girls. They had so much fun together.

Wait, where are you going, Aubrey? We aren't done playing!

Checking eachother out

The first time the girls all took a bath together
Alex was so kind as to lend them his bath toys

What are you getting into now, Anna?! It is only the beginning!

Anna asleep with a book on her face (something I did a lot as a child!) Maybe she will love to read as much as I do!

Natalie hanging out with her big brother

Elisabeth on the move

This video shows how Elisabeth and Anna are getting around now. Elisabeth is not quite crawling, but it gets her where she wants to go. Anna is the roller. She will roll across a room in just a few seconds!!
